Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Los Angeles warehouse, ensuring you include the RMA slip inside.
Processing and Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
